What is the Loyalty Program? 
Loyalty points reward club members for every purchase made at Rubino Estates Winery. For every dollar you spend with us, you receive one loyalty point. These rewards are redeemable for purchases at our winery or online. 

How much does it cost to join the program?
Wine Club Members are automatically enrolled in the loyalty point program. You will continue to accrue loyalty points for every purchase made for the duration of your membership. 

What if I cancel my membership?
Your loyalty points will remain connected to your profile if you cancel your membership. You can continue to use your points, but you will no longer accrue points on purchases. 

How are loyalty points calculated?
You will receive 1 point for every $1 you spend with us. If you are a member of Club R&R, you will earn 2 points for every $1 spent. Call the Wine Club at 925-484-1699 to upgrade your membership.

How can I redeem my loyalty points? 
Your points may be redeemed on purchases made in the winery or online. When at the winery, ask your wine ambassador to apply points to your purchase as you desire. Points can be redeemed on wines, merchandise, and deli items. When you make an online purchase, you will be given the option to redeem points on your items. Apply as you wish. Points used may not exceed 50% of the transaction total. 

Can I apply my points to my club shipment? 
Unfortunately, points cannot be redeemed for club shipments.

Do my points expire? 
Your loyalty points never expire as long you maintain a valid profile within our system. 

Can I transfer my points to a friend?
No, loyalty points are non-transferrable.

What is the dollar value of a point?
One point is the equivalent of $.05. 

Can I cash my points in for cash? 
No, points have no cash value.
