Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine to kick-start the occasion. Following the bubbly you will be escorted by our Wine Ambassador to our stunning Library Room, where you will enjoy a sit-down tasting featuring wines from both Ruby Hill Winery and Rubino Estates Winery.

Your personal Wine Ambassador will guide you through the experience sharing their knowledge on winemaking, viticulture and the history of our estate.
